i knew of a handful (which is too many) that were molested by a jehovah's witness.

it was not typical in my experience.

Labeling us as doomed to a future of psych wards in hospitals is insulting. At least in my books

Lady Lee, nobody is condemning you or anyone to anything, I think you have a problem in interpretation, and maybe take things personally what people say, which are by no means meant personally. I have read your story, and find it tragic, but there are literally 1000s of them in this organisation and others. And here we must be careful, we cannot be so direct, we have to generalize, because if we are direct then it causes all kinds of legal problems. We can be direct, but in a subtle way, so as to get others to draw their conclusions from what wbts say and the harsh realities backed up by hard core facts by showing what really goes on behind those closed doors.

Psych wards while being places of security and safety for some, and a way in to therapy and healing, they are not a long term soloution, and many memories will remain, but to bottle them up and keep them hidden, well at some point like a pressure cooker, it will all come out and burst out and it could be in any form. Yet, the wbts takes no responsibility, they blame the victims, the elders or men who do the abusing are sent to new congregations and the cycle never stops, and it will go on until someone high up twigs about this organisation and actually does something to stop it. Its very heart breaking and sad.

But, now there is a tool, the internet, and the elders cant disfellowship it, they have no power over it, and we have discovered new things, some things are yet to be discovered to shame, name and disgrace this organisation of evil.

They say they are Gods representative, but so do the catholics, and like other evangelicals, proclaim a good news, but not according to accurate knowledge, you can see this in their policies. Would jesus do the things they do? most likely not, and thats how we can tell the fruits of the trees. I am glad, by re-studying, boards like jwn, that I made the move to get out of the burning house, and would hope the 7 million other prisoners would some how wake up, question it all. and come to a conclusion and do the very same.

Hasnt happend yet, its still future, probably during reign of the last world ruler just before the end time really gets under way............it will be a really very rude wake up call for all those witnesses that followed blindly without question as they begin to all fall into same hole as their leaders. What a pity.

yeah the generation spoken of by christ is still future, like when this system collapses and the last king comes thats the generation, the generation of those that will see and suffer all these things, it says nowhere that this generation will rise to christ, but that s the one that will see all the things spoken of in Matt 24, Mark 13, Luke 21 just like all the things of daniel and revelation....they are still future....no dates, but jesus spoke to the pharisees of the signs and gave the illustration of red sky morning sailors waring....when we see all these things then we will know that the end has drawn near, but not when, as it is coming as a thief, but when we see the signs, and those signs havent occurred yet, coz when they do, it will be a terrifying time. And, satan hasnt come down in great anger yet, but when he does, that is the marker for the end as he goes off in his rage to look for and kill the holy ones of God by means of his one world empire which has a shelf life of only 1260 days, thats why he will be mad, coz when that time ends, hes going into the abyss, and his one world, new world order will be destroyed along with its false prophet...............wbts is just another mainstream religion, a trick of satan, but the good news of Gods kingdom is still to be preached and does so by an elect of the 144000 group during the first half of the Matt 24 period, and like christ this group can perform many many signs.

The 144000, those dead and those alive at the 7th trumpet both rise to christ when he becomes king just before Armageddon, not before, and as for the cleansing of Gods house, well that is also still very future....all these prophecies occur at the same time, not from 1914 until 19oatcake or whenever, just like the wbts say..........the book they wrote on daniel as well as the others is a crock of nonsense, just like their policies, and millions have fallen for it.........Satan is really very very clever

I dont expect people to move on, and as for the sad bastards that committ these acts of indecency, they need their balls cut off, with a blunt spoon. It is very hard for people just to move on and pick up the pieces, that cannot be denied at all. I was also a nurse in forensics in europe, in a very large prison, the worst one you go to if the courts sent you there, and child abuse is the same world wide, only the victims are the ones that pay for it, while the ones that do it walk free. And nurses in this field see it all the time, and after 15 years of it I had to leave, I could no longer do it, as you begin to become blunted by all the sad cases that come in, so, it affects the nurses too, for we are human and have feelings too. It affects cops, because they cant get to do what they want to, because their hands are tied by the law, a law which is not there for the victim, but there to protect the ones doing it, and this is painful too when you work in this line of work.

I have worked with 6 nurses, all in one hospital, who had all committed suicide. They aged between 25-45.

what pisses me off even more, is how the wbts labels their abuse victims as mad, bad, indifferant, heretics and blasphemers.

Maxwell Jordan in the movie zeitgeist makes this very point, when you dare to raise the unpleasant tasting question questioning authority and its reasoning, this is how they will taint you, you become the enemy image, so the group, through fear of what they do to you, can maintain its social cohesion (carl schmidt).

dear emo, yes, the most acute, I worked in acute and forensic, both in uk, europe and in america. You are right treatment in the uk is pretty hard, virtually impossible even as the times we live in get tougher and tougher, but Blair before he left put plans into action to get rid of the social system, and the break down of services is part of that plan................wait until the new world order is here soon, then there will be no care for no one, and if you dont fit in, then its up the chimney you will go-eugenics they call it, and drs will be the ones calling the shots and making the decisions. So, people that have suffered on account of others, well what can be said?

The wbts are responsible for countless peoples lives, and there is stuff in the closets we just dont know about yet, maybe more dirtier stuff, well, Satan, is another sad wanker, but he keeps the best stuff until last.

I wish now I had never become involved at all.

No meetings now, I dont read their garbage, and I feel healthier, and dont have to dread going to their meetings anymore, but still feel for the poor souls kept chained, kept prisoner to the will and dirty deeds of this organisation that jehovah has chosen, jehovah being the God of love, the God of happiness, the God of righteous acts, and all things considered, where was his love, happiness and righteous acts when these poor abused souls called out for it? In another post here about jw anger management one poster says it takes about 10 years to get over the wbts thing, but i dont think it ever leaves you, like a bad programme that cant be scrubbed, theres always elements of it left over.

And the men in the congregations have been trained well by their corporation to sweep these things under the carpet. And they do it as cool as you like, no compunction, just as cold as you like, no second thoughts, well the mercy they give will be the same one they will receive, and just as cool and cold as you like. And as for King, there are many here that hate him, and i can see why, I have seen the posts, he has taken his experiances of being an elder into his new role as self proclaimed prophet, member of 144000, and he is of course one of the two witnesses, which hasnt by the way performed any miracles yet to prove this. People like him are all the same and from same stock, power hungry abusers of other people. Well, your times up mate.

I had nursed a person who had been thrown out of bethel in europe, they had mutilated themselves badly, and were subjects of emotional, physical and sexual abuse, I cant go onto detail and give to much away for sake of being identified.

As nurses, we see it constantly, and some people just dont heal. And its not insensitive, but reality, and the reality is that I knew a girl of 20 whod thrown herself in front of a train at a station in Switzerland, her body was in a 1000 pieces, and the criminal still lives, breathes and walks free-this is the reality.

And dregs in insane asylums is a slur on the health services, and may come across as distressing to some, even those that dedicate their lives in this division of daring to care.

I am telling you from a nurses perspective and i know many young women that have just ended it all-the reality and finlality of prolonged abuses.

You are taking this really personally and over reacting to the realties which I had pointed out based on hard facts and experience

No one has ignored these posts..

You are overeacting to a general statement as to what I had seen in general population as a caring professional.

I dont know you as a person, and feel you are over reacting to a statement, which has been twisted out of context, about the statement I made about a proportion of the general public I had made, some of these were also JWs.

Most were not high functioning after these events, but even so, their lives went from bad to worse. And where does dregs of insane asylums come from? we dont use that term in Britain, and it is insulting to use such a term, and to users of the services.

Psychology is a broad field, has much fruit to offer, but does not touch the soul only the psyche, and thats were only the healing of God itself can come from. Some become more frustrated with therapy as they become frustrated that they dont become healed in the way they want to (Chuck Missler). And the pain of these people runs very deep indeed.

Most of the people I had seen, had self destructed, the youngest was 20 and had thrown herself in front of a train.

Some people do survive and move on. I know of a sister in London who was abused from the age of 8, she is now in her thirties and living in London, and has her own children now, 3 of them. Her brother may post on here, but he is active on youtube, and we both know the same abusing elder that committed these crimes of indecency, and he still stands up to preach.

After this I would not and could not enter into discussion with you as it could be very dangerous, and would only do so with another professional alongside.
